The National Fund for the Culture and the Arts (FONCA) regularly gives out scholarships or financial support to artists, musicians, filmmakers, playwrights and people involved in the arts and culture and general. The link above takes you to the open calls for applications.


The National Council for Science and Technology has had for over 40 years Mexico's most important scholarship program for graduate students, both in the country and abroad.


COMEXUS is an independent organization financed by the Mexican and US governments. It offers and manages scholarships and donations on a postgraduate level for educational exchange purposes. It's most popular program is the Fulbright/García Robles scholarships, which inclused scholarship, investigative and studying scholarships.


The Cultural Information System is a website and an online database developed by the National Council for the Culture and the Arts (CONACULTA) which functions as a constantly updated network of cultural activities and programs in Mexico.
